An iPhone app for distributed strength
An hour you don’t have,
in pieces you
already have.

How it works
Three moving parts. That’s the whole app.
- 01
Pick a target and a window.
100 push-ups, office hours. The app splits it into 6–15 checkpoints spread across the time you are actually awake.
- 02
The phone taps you. You do the reps.
Ten reps, thirty seconds. The accelerometer counts the down-up at 50 Hz and the camera checks your form on-device. Or count manually.
- 03
The day closes itself.
Totals logged, streak preserved, activity pushed to Strava and Apple Health. Tomorrow’s checkpoints are already queued.
The accountability
The only fitness app that locks Instagram until you do the reps.
When a checkpoint fires, the apps you chose go dark. One screen appears: “Time for push-ups. 10 reps — then you’re free.” The phone won’t reopen them until the reps are counted. You agreed to this last week.
Built on Apple’s FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity APIs. Off by default. Configurable per app and per time of day, with a permanent exit valve.
Manifesto
“Most fitness apps are built around the workout. We were built around the day.”
